How a business evaluation runs
- We agree the question and write a short evaluation plan: what we will look at, how, and by when.
- We collect the evidence: interviews and focus groups with staff and customers, observation of the work, surveys, and a review of documents, systems and numbers.
- We analyze it, qualitative and quantitative together, with the data management that makes the numbers trustworthy, and test the findings with the people closest to the work.
- We deliver final reporting in multiple formats, whichever you will actually use: full report, executive summary, slide deck, one-page brief or dashboard. Then we walk your leadership through it.
